Following the recent viral video of a woman having sexual contact with a dog, Nollywood actress Cossy Orjiakor has demanded justice, pleading with the Nigeria Police Force to investigate her case of allegedly sleeping with a dog.
Remember that in 2002, Tunde Moshood, the then-publisher of Enquirer Magazine, stated that the actress was having sexual relations with a dog, as well as releasing footage of the actress performing bestiality with a dog.
However, she refuted the report, claiming that the video was taken from a scene in the film Itohan, which was meant to show how women are trafficked and used as sex slaves in other nations.
Orjiakor made the request on her Instagram page on Wednesday, begging authorities to reinvestigate the matter and clear her character because the unsubstantiated accusations had ruined her reputation and job.
“I reported this instance years ago,” she writes in her essay. But I was merely a naive young lady, a nobody. The news was all over it. Cossy Orjiakor contracted HIV after sleeping with Dog. Everything went down the drain: my image, emotional trauma, and job. I had lost my sense of direction. To date, there has been no justice or apologies. Nothing.
“The Nigerian police going after the girl on TikTok who jokingly joked she slept with a dog was an insult to me.” The magazine’s headline asked, “What about me?” Am I unnoticed?
“Please solve this case and punish anyone found responsible.” Mr. Tunde Moshood of the ENQUIRER magazine, who is now a politician in Lagos state, or Cossy, the girl who allegedly slept with a dog.
“The journalist who earned a fortune off the story that brought me down.” Please, my Instagram friends, assist me in tagging the appropriate police handle, as I have lost faith in the Nigerian judicial system. It is still painful. I’m looking for justice. “I appreciate it.”
