Police raid dark spots, arrest 18 in Osun

On Saturday, the Osun State Police Command announced that 18 suspects had been detained as a result of raids on hidden locations throughout the state.

This information was provided in a statement obtained in Osogbo from the command spokesperson, Yemisi Opalola.

Opalola stated that the suspects were being questioned and urged the public to avoid any electoral offences because the command was ready to take decisive action against anyone caught in such an act.

Additionally, she urged locals to provide timely and pertinent information that would help the police prevent various crimes and electoral fraud.
