Buhari on Wednesday welcomed the release of the 27 students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, Kaduna State. He also educated their friends, families, the authorities and the people of Kaduna State about the evolution. Buhari’s place was included in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, titled”President Buhari welcomes the launch of Forestry School pupils’
“I welcome the release of the 27 students of the Federal College of Forestry Mechanization, Afaka, and congratulate their friends, families, and the government and people of Kaduna State. We are happy they have been released.”
The President was quoted as stating that, “We’re glad they’ve been released. “We express our profound appreciation to each of the celebrities who contributed one way or another to the happy result, particularly, the security and defence agencies, the officials of the Ministry of Environment and the authorities of Kaduna State. We thank Nigerians for their own prayers.
“In accordance with Shehu, Buhari is known for steadfastness and safety consciousness on the part of taxpayers and the law enforcement bureaus. He was likewise believed to have deplored what he called the increasing politicisation of safety in the nation by opportunistic politicians.”The President appeals to the launch of the pupils of their Greenfield University and the rest of the taxpayers held in captivity, expressing the strong conclusion of his government to make sure the Nigerians lived in a state where everybody can proceed where they need, whenever they need with no fear of kidnapping and banditry,” the announcement added.
“I call for steadfastness & security awareness on the part of the law enforcement agencies and citizens. Let me once again condemn the increasing politicization of security in Nigeria, by opportunistic politicians. All hands must be on deck to achieve enduring peace & security”
