Emir Ado Bayero is confident that Peter Obi is eligible for president

The Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero, believes that the Labour Party (LP) Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is uniquely qualified to be Nigeria’s President.
This was stated by the Emir during a weekend visit to his palace in Kano State by Obi.

Alhaji Ado-Bayero, who praised the LP Presidential candidate’s eloquence, calmness, humility, respect for culture, and fear of God, stated that the country is endowed with resources and questioned why there is so much suffering, poverty, and crime.

The former Anambra State governor was wished well in his election bid by the Royal Father.

In his response, Obi said that though he was in the state on a sympathy visit over the flood disaster that ravaged parts of the state, he however considered it right to first stop at the palace to pay homage to the Royal Father.

He said he has been exposed to various areas of governance for years, adding that he is experienced enough to lead Nigeria.
It was previously reported that Wike and some PDP stakeholders withdrew from Atiku’s campaign council a few days ago, insisting that Ayu resign before the party could receive their support.

However, Saraki, who was also a candidate in the primary election, stated that Atiku remains the best option for the country.

“I just returned from my annual vacation and went straight to Akwa Ibom to join the celebration of the state’s 35th anniversary,” he wrote.
