Following a warning from alleged armed robbers, the Onibueja community in Osun’s Egbedore local government has been rocked by terror.
The letter threatened to encircle the region, according to the locals.
The community’s horrified residents were informed of the suspected armed robbers’ plans to rob them by copies of the handwritten letter they had posted strategically on poles and on buildings.
It was noted that the handwritten inscriptions had been placed on four separate community streets, including Baba Kekere Alabi Street and Oba Adedapo Aderemi Way.
The suspects, posing as robbers, encouraged locals to be ready because they planned to commit robbery before the end of October in a note written in Yoruba.

It is true that the message was sent by certain individuals who have not yet been recognized, according to Chief Najeemdeen Alabi, the Baale of the Onibueja Community, who verified the development on Friday.
Alabi said that he had alerted the police about the situation and that the neighborhood had sprung into action to defend itself.
The community leader urged the police commissioner and the government of Osun State to intervene quickly to thwart the intended armed robbery attack.
